Blue Sunday

Join us in taking action against child abuse and neglect by participating in Blue Sunday.

Our country is experiencing a crisis among our most vulnerable group—our children. Each year, children across the nation are suffering from abuse and neglect, and most of them suffer in silence.

Every April, churches across the U.S. dedicate part of their service to praying for victims of child abuse and neglect and their rescuers, and for God to reveal to us how we can be a part of the solution. This movement is called National Blue Sunday Day of Prayer. Many Americans are unaware of the prevalence of child abuse in this country. It is our hope at Shepherding the Next Generation to raise awareness of this serious issue. It is our shared responsibility to protect the most vulnerable among us by taking action. If you feel inclined to do so, please, visit to learn how you can get involved.
